Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note: Returns will be provided only if the item is defective or not as described.
We wish to clearly specify that the customer shall have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us in case of refunds. However, in certain cases, where the refund is being provided due to a mistake by iFishDaily, such cost shall be borne by us.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We provide refunds only in special cases. It shall be the sole discretion of iFishDaily whether or not to grant a refund. When you purchase from iFishDaily, you agree to our terms and conditions for Shipping, Returns & Refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are shipping (during refunds or exchanges) an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge or a full refund for your purchase.
Refunds Before Your Item Is Shipped
As per Trend & Social's Policy, you are eligible for a refund if your item has not been shipped yet and you email us to ask her to cancel the order. However, we charge a processing and restocking fee on such refunds which may vary from $6-10 (Depending upon the product ).
Also, please note that in such situations it shall be the sole discretion of Trend & Social whether or not to grant a refund. In some cases, the refund may not be granted if the item was shipped before the customer support team could communicate with the shipping department (even if you ask for a refund immediately after placing your order.)
We try our best to cancel such orders, but in special cases, your order may not be canceled.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
